Racial Justice Training Series (2021-22)

Serve Wisconsin offers a variety of trainings for its AmeriCorps members and programs, including a thematic training series for AmeriCorps members throughout their term of service. During the 2021-2022 program year, the training series will focus on topics surrounding racial justice.

Registration Information

AmeriCorps members and program staff can register for the training series by completing the online Racial Justice Training Series Registration Form. You will need to complete the form to receive information on how to access the online training sessions and reflection activities.

Series overview

The Racial Justice Training Series is designed to be a continuous learning process that strives to help participants increase their understanding of systemic oppression and their role with the system, expand their accountability around use of power, and develop commitments that build individual responsibility and capacity regarding systemic change.

The online training sessions are scheduled for the following dates from 10:30 a.m - 12:00 p.m. Recordings of the sessions will be made available for those unable to attend one or more of them live. Additional information will be distributed about the sessions.
